Advent challenge – Dec 21

The format of today is the Tabata Superset!  You have 2 alternating exercises (you swap between one and the other) and you do 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.  You do this a total of 8 “rounds”.

Todays exercises are Hollow Body Hold and Dead Bug.  So todays workout looks like this:

  • 20 seconds Hollow Body Hold
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds Dead Bug
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds Hollow Body Hold
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds Dead Bug
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds Hollow Body Hold
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds Dead Bug
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds Hollow Body Hold
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds Dead Bug

And that is it!  A total of 4 minutes, including the rests.  If you can’t find 4 minutes to put aside for yourself, then something has gone a bit awry with your life…
